Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Single Account Policy: Users are strictly limited to one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the game economy or leaderboards is a material breach of these Terms.

MintPlay is a football prediction platform where users can log match predictions, earn virtual credits, and participate in challenges.

Free-to-Play: The baseline game does not require financial payment to participate.

Prediction Mechanics: Predictions cost one (1) entry ticket per match submission. Predictions lock automatically at the specified match lock time prior to kickoff. You may edit your prediction at any time before the match locks.

Staking Feature: Users may optionally wager virtual credits on predictions (Minimum 10cr, Maximum 5000cr). Winners split the losing stakers' pool, subject to an automatic 10% administrative rake retained by the Platform.

No Monetary Value: "Credits", "Points", "Entries", and "Tickets" used on MintPlay are purely virtual game tokens. They do not constitute real-world currency, legal tender, or financial assets, and cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for cash outside of the Platform's authorized Rewards Shop.

Faucets & Bonuses: Credits can be accumulated via correct predictions, streak bonuses, daily login rewards, the daily spin wheel, and valid user referrals (+100 credits per successful referral signup).

Premium Upgrades: Users may upgrade to a Premium tier either by burning a designated amount of in-game credits (e.g., 1,000cr) or by purchasing a premium package using an authorized fiat payment gateway (such as Paystack). Premium features (such as ad-removal and profile badges) are non-refundable once activated.

Claiming Rewards: Users may redeem accumulated virtual credits for items listed in the Rewards Shop (including gift cards, jerseys, and digital packs).

Verification: All reward redemptions are subject to strict administrative review. MintPlay reserves the right to delay, audit, or cancel any redemption request if fraudulent activity, leaderboard manipulation, or multi-accounting is suspected.

Availability: Rewards are subject to third-party availability and may change without prior notice.

To maintain a competitive and fair environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or AI scrapers to log entries or scrape platform data.
• Creating syndicates or coordinating wagers across multiple accounts to manipulate the staking pools.
• Exploiting database errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities.

Disqualification: Any attempt to undermine the integrity of the Platform will result in immediate account termination, leaderboard removal, and the permanent forfeiture of all accumulated credits and unclaimed rewards. The admin's decisions regarding fair play are final.

MintPlay is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that match data, live scores, lock times, or leaderboard updates will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall MintPlay, its operators, or administrators be liable for any digital system disruptions, loss of virtual tokens, or user-side connectivity issues.
